How to go to Han-river from Pencil hostel.
The Han River is a major river in South Korea and the fourth longest river on the Korean peninsula. Along the banks of the river, especially in Seoul, pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths are available on both sides of the river.
Various restaurants and cafes are located on these paths. While most bridges crossing the Han are for motor vehicles or subways only, citizens may cross select bridges on foot or by bicycle.
In 2011 in a survey conducted, by Seoul Development Institute, which included 800 residents and 103 urban planners and architects. It listed 51.3 percent of residents and 68.9 percent of experts, voted that the river as the most scenic location in Seoul, following Mount Namsan in the top spot.
Prepare well for going to Han-river, check the bicycle first.
Follow this direction as the map indicated below.
Go staight, and then you can find the bicycle road under the Express way & bridge.
=> We have to go 성산대교 (300m, Left side)
=> Under this Express way, we can find the bicycle road
=> Until you find this way, be more careful ride your bicycle ^_^
=> Are you ready ??
=> From this point to Han river, it takes about 10 minutes.
=> To han-river, just 500m
=>한강, 400M
=> Enjoy Han river cycling along this river
