Our Reception is open from 9 am to 1am(if you are planning to check-in very early in the morning or late at night, we can facilitate your needs. Just give us a call or e-mail before you pack your bags and we'll provide more information for an easier check-in process), so you have plenty of time to come and check-in or ask questions about pretty much anything. We also help plan your trips around Seoul, whether it be walking tours, sightseeing, shopping, or just to have a bit of fun, we have you covered. We also sell drinking water at a discounted price, just so you don't have to walk to the convenience store.
Although there are countless fabulous restaurants within walking distance of our hostel,
all our rooms have a fully eqquiped kitchen, so you can whip up a quick meal or snack when you feel hungry or your legs are too tired.
We even organised a nearby cafe to cook breakfast for you, either toast, fried eggs, and oatmeal or korean style fried rice both including an americano.
After breakfast time, our customers get to use the cafe and get a 20% discount off your bill. Just talk to us in advance and we can organise everything for you.
We provide free linen, blankets, and also one towel per person, no need to worry about bedding.
If your checking in early or leaving late, no need to worry we will be more than happy to take care and hold your luggage so you can be free to explore the city.
We also provide super fast broadband to skype your friends and family all night long, or surf the net til your eyes get sore in the comfort of your room, so don't forget to pack your laptop or smartphone.
After exploring the city, you can come in at anytime by using our secure pin code entrance, then use one of our secure lockers to keep your valuables. If you need to take a shower, you can take one at any time because each room has 24 hour acess to hot water.

■ Directions to the 2nd Pencil
1. The Seoul Metro (Airport railroad, Subway)
From the Incheon International Airport, It takes 46 mins and costs 3,600 won.
a. Find the Hongik Univ. Station(#239) on the Seoul subway Map. It is on Line 2 (Green Line)
b. Make your trip to Hongik Univ. Station.
b. Take Exit 2
1. The Limousine bus #6002(fee:10,000 won)
a. Exit door # 5 or # 12 on the 1st floor at the airport
b. You will be able to see the signs 5B or12B
c. Take the Airport bus No. 6002 at gate 5B (or 12A)
d. Get off at the Hongik Univ. Bus Stop which is the 3rd stop from the airport. The bus ride takes about 40mins.
e. After you get off the bus, cross the road towards Hyundai OilBank (Gas Station).
2. When facing Hyundai Oilbank(Gas Station), turn left then walk down the street. You will meet an intersection.
3. Cross the road and turn left, you will be able to see 'T world' (Cellphone Store)
4. After turning left, continue down the street until you see a convenience store called 'Family Mart'
5. At the 'Family Mart' turn right
6. Walk straight until you come to a Mini Stop convenient store. Keep going straight past the Mini Stop.
7. Turn left at the next street, you will be able to see the Kimchi Hostel sign, our hostel is located in the next alley
